Dr. R. Raghu Raman, Chairman, Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore, was invited to speak at the 2nd Asian Management Conclave (AMC), Singapore on March 7th-8th, 2016. The conference, organized by MBAUniverse.com and hosted by Singapore Management University (SMU), focused on the theme, ‘Enhancing Competitiveness of Asian B-schools’.
The conference witnessed participation from 125 Deans, Directors, and Decision-makers from 65 B-schools from 12 Asian countries including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malyasia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. Around 25 deans and thought-leaders from leading business schools offered a rich perspective on critical challenges and opportunities for Asia.

Raghu Raman pointed out.
Dr. Hellmut Schutte, Dean Emeritus, CEIBS, China & Emeritus Professor of International Management, INSEAD; Dr. Gerard George, Dean, Lee Kong Chian School of Business, SMU, Singapore; Dr. Kalok Chan, Dean, CUHK Business School, Hong Kong and Mr. Scott D Anthony, Managing Partner, Innosight, delivered keynote addresses at the conference.
There were several talks about collaborative learning, moving beyond conventional MBA, developing differential strategies for Asian markets, etc., that facilitated a rich exchange of knowledge.
