Amrita alumni members met with a visiting faculty team at Hof Herrenberg, Germany on November 3, 2018. Faculty members of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Dr. Maneesha V. Ramesh, Dean of Amrita Center for International Programs and Director, Amrita Center for Wireless Networks and Applications (AmritaWNA), Amritapuri; Dr. Krishnashree Achuthan, Dean, Amrita PG programs, Head of Amrita Center for Cybersecurity Systems and Networks and Amrita Technology Business Incubator (Amrita TBI); Dr. Bipin Nair, Dean, Amrita School of Biotechnology, Amritapuri campus; Dr. Raghu Raman, Chairman, Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore campus; Dr. Shyam Diwakar, Faculty Fellow at Amrita Center for International Programs – ACIP and Associate Professor at Amrita School of Biotechnology and Dr. Dhanesh G. Kurup, Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, School of Engineering, Bengaluru campus, joined the meeting.

Out of 29 alumni who gathered at the picturesque German village, 15 met at a community hall nearby to share updates and list their current roles and engagements. Vishnu Anirudh, an Amrita alumnus, currently at the UK, helped coordinate this meeting with Amrita Center for International Programs (ACIP).
