A team of Professors from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham visited Ryerson University, Canada, on July 10, 2018. They met with Dr. Ali Miri, Graduate Program Director and Nadia Bello, Experiential Learning Strategist at the Ryerson campus.
Since 2015, Ryerson University students have visited India via Amrita’s Live-in-Labs® programs facilitated by the Amrita Center for International Programs (ACIP). The students in both the universities participate in international learning experiences and support the kind of learning that changes lives and transforms the world.
Four students from Ryerson University’s Faculty of Community Services (FCS) spent a month in Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham through the Live-in-Labs® program which gives the opportunity for the students to study issues in rural Indian communities. The students’ exchange program was a pilot project for the new partnership between Amrita and Ryerson.
