Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) supports several autonomous higher educational institutions pan-India regarding knowledge exchange, academic audit, and hosting academic delegations, who visit the campus to study the university’s best practices. As part of this IQAC mentoring program, a faculty team from Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, Coimbatore visited the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore campus on 24 January 2025 primarily to study the green campus and sustainable development initiatives. The team consisted of Dr. Miller Jothi NK, Dr. Venkataramanan C., Dr. Sheik Ameer Batcha, and Mr. K. P. Siva. The team interacted with Dr. S. Mahadevan, Association Dean-Student Affairs, and Dr. Prashant R. Nair,, Head, IQAC, and visited various green facilities such as water harvesting and rooftop solar panels, and check dams in the AMRITA Coimbatore campus.
