Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is supporting several autonomous higher educational institutions pan-India in terms of knowledge exchange, dissemination of best practices, and participation in various research and academic committees. As part of this IQAC mentoring program, Dr. Prashant R. Nair, Vice-Chairman – IQAC, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore campus, virtually participated in the following:

• 3rd Board of Studies (BoS) meeting of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) at Nehru Institute of Technology (NIT), Coimbatore, on 4 June 2024. Dr. Pathur NishaT., HOD-CSE, NIT, chaired the BoS meeting, which approved the changes in the curricula of the B.E. CSE program of the college.
• 1st BoS of Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI & DS) of Jansons Institute of Technology, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore on 28 May 2024. Dr. Elangovan S., Vice-Principal of the college chaired the BoS meeting, which approved the regulations and curriculum of the B.Tech AI & DS program. This was the first BoS meeting of the department after the college secured autonomous status from UGC.
