Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is supporting several universities and autonomous higher educational institutions pan-India in terms of knowledge exchange, dissemination of best practices, and participation in various research and academic committees. As part of this IQAC mentoring program, Dr. Prashant R. Nair, Vice-Chairman – IQAC, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore campus, physically participated in the board of studies of the following autonomous higher educational institutions:
- 5th Board of Studies (BoS) meeting of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) of Dr. NGP Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, on 25 November, 2024. This BoS meeting was presided over by Dr. Palanikkumar D., HOD-CSE of the college, and approved changes in syllabi for B.E CSE and B.E. CSE (Cyber Security) programs.
- 10th Board of Studies of Departments of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT) of Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology (SRIT), Coimbatore, on 22 November 2024. The BoS approved the changes in syllabi and regulations for B.E. CSE and B.Tech IT programs. Dr. M. Suresh Kumar, HOD-CSE, and Dr. J.J. Adri Jovin, HOD-IT of SRIT presented the curriculum and syllabus of their respective programs.
