The book provides a coherent, comprehensive and concise coverage of the software project management, discipline and concepts. The first part focusses on the project management life cycle activities which include planning, evaluation, scheduling, resource allocation and monitoring with special emphasis on emphasis on hands- on tools techniques, modals, methods and documentation.
