Dr. Aswathy S., Professor of Community Medicine, Amrita School of Medicine, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, received the Award of Excellence in Community Medicine for her exceptional service and dedication in the field of Community Medicine at the 3rd Annual Healthcare Summit – AHS 2020, hosted by the Center for Health and Medical Sciences (CHMS) of Venus International Foundation (VIF) on January 9, 2021, at Chennai. Every year Venus International Foundation gives out awards in various fields such as Medicine, Science and Technology, etc. This year the theme was to focus on early disease detection, personalized treatment and prevention (Integrating Technology, Patients and Doctors).
