Amrita Center for Cybersecurity Systems and Networks (ACCS) conducted a cybersecurity workshop on January 22, 2020, for Amrita Vidyalayam Pathanamthitta students with the aim to start Cybersecurity clubs and encourage students to take up a career in cybersecurity.
The workshop started with a cyber awareness class which showed the students how to use the internet safely. The students were trained in Python, Linux and Cryptography. They were given practical lessons in each session. The workshop also highlighted the future of cybersecurity in the job market, how students around the world are learning cybersecurity and how students can contribute to this field through cybersecurity-related events and contests.
