WITHDRAWAL FROM THE BTECH PROGRAMME AND REFUND OF FEES

• Refund of fees will be made as per the regulations of the institution.
• The student will have to send a written request “addressed to the Dean (Engineering)” duly signed by both the parent and the student for withdrawing the admission. Any request in person, by phone or by E-Mail will not be entertained with respect to withdrawal of admission.
• The format for the written request may be downloaded from our website. The student will have to attach the following documents in original along with the written request. Incomplete requests will not be considered.
  • (i) Provisional Seat Allotment Order (ii) Receipts
• The day on which the written request reaches us will only be considered as the withdrawal date. In case, it reaches us on a holiday, the next working day will be considered as the withdrawal date.
• The written request will have to be sent to the seat allotted campus and the same will have to be sent to the Office of the respective Admission Co-ordinators. In case the request is forwarded to campuses other than the allotted campus, the same will not be considered.
• The counselling charges of Rs.10,000/- will not be refunded under any circumstances once the Seat Allotment order is issued. 
• If a candidate fails to remit the balance fees within the date (30^th June, 2017) stipulated in the Provisional Seat Allotment Order and withdraws the admission, the institution will refund only Rs.50,000/- .
• If a candidate after remitting the full fees by 30^th June, 2017 and withdraws the admission the refund rules applicable are given below in the Table:
