Dr. S. Senthil Ganesh, Professor, Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore, conducted a two day workshop on Employment Relations at TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences) for the second year postgraduate students of HRM and Labour Relations.

The workshop on Employment Relations dealt with the nature of employment contracts, the rights and obligations of employers and employees, and the relevant laws and regulations in a global business environment. The scope of the workshop includes regulating pre-employment, during employment and post-employment issues in the context of service covenants, ownership of copyright, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights.
