For the last few years CIR is conducting AMCAT assessment tests for all the students who are aspiring for placements. This test will help the CIR team to objectively assess the placement readiness of the students and to plan the remedial training strategies. Over and above, the students will get an opportunity to understand their current levels of preparedness and it will help them to plan for their placement preparations.

The assessments were conducted across the campuses for UG and PG courses. The first round of tests is completed by all the campuses with the exception of Amritapuri UG, Kochi ASAS and Mysore MCA students. There will be a retest conducted for the students who have missed the first test so that all the students get an opportunity to understand their levels of preparedness for placements.
