A 3-day introductory workshop is currently ongoing at the School of Ayurveda. Participants include international visitors to the Amritapuri ashram nearby. Ayurveda is India’s ancient system of medicine and all over the world today, there is great interest in learning its basic principles, so as to be able to lead a healthy and well-balanced life. Accordingly, the workshop covers several topics including diet, life style, yoga, etc. The workshop concludes today.
