Job Description Project Overview: Transforming education in India: Empowering students and teachers for the digital age Workshop Title: Ed-Tech and Generative AI for students and teachers Workshop
Duration Eight days (40 hours), scheduled over one month
Job Description Your responsibilities include assisting trainers, facilitating activities, and stepping into the role of a Trainer when required. Adapting to dynamic situations and working collaboratively with the training team is crucial. Traveling is a must as the workshop is planned to be conducted in states other than Kerala.
Key Responsibilities 1. Trainer Support: a. Collaborate with the Trainer to ensure effective delivery of workshop content. b. Assist in setting up and managing workshop activities. 2. Participant Engagement: a. Engage with students to provide additional support during hands-on activities. b. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. 3. Backup Trainer: a. Be prepared to take on the role of Trainer in case the assigned trainer is unavailable. b. Familiarize yourself with the workshop content during the initial training phase. 4. Logistics and Coordination: a. Assist in logistical arrangements for the workshop. b. Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth workshop execution
Duration and Extension This is initially a two-month position, aligning with the current funding for two workshops. The duration may be extended based on future funding availability.
