Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Editing, Multimedia, or related field Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Audition Strong understanding of visual storytelling, transitions, pacing, and audio syncing.

  • Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is a plus Familiarity with screen recording tools such as Camtasia or OBS Studio Ability to manage project assets and adapt content for various platforms and resolutions Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills
Job description

  • The Junior Video Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality educational, promotional, and instructional video content tailored for immersive learning platforms.

  • This role requires proficiency in post-production workflows including cutting, editing, syncing, audio balancing, color correction, and visual effects.

  • The editor will handle various video formats to support eLearning modules, ensuring they are polished, engaging, and optimized for web, mobile, and LMS platforms.

  • Key responsibilities include editing interviews and instructional content, applying motion graphics and visual effects, and managing audio clarity through sound balancing and syncing voiceovers with visuals.

  • The role involves working collaboratively with instructional designers, animators, and graphic artists to align content with specific learning goals.

  • Videos should meet quality and consistency standards, and the editor must manage a well-organized asset library of raw and edited files.

  • Adaptability, storytelling skills, and attention to visual detail are essential, along with the ability to incorporate feedback and iterate quickly.

  • Ideal candidates will have experience in editing educational content and familiarity with screen recording tools and editing platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in professional video editing, preferably in educational or instructional video production. Experience Required
