Job description

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing systems, wireframing, prototyping, and meeting deadlines.

  • This role involves close collaboration with developers, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive design solutions that meet user needs and project objectives.
Responsibilities

  • Design user-centric interfaces, workflows, and experiences for multiple platforms.

  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and test concepts.

  • Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.

  • Collaborate with instructional designers to integrate educational content into user-friendly designs.

  • Identify and resolve UX issues throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining design quality.

  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies. 
Key Skills

  • Experience with user research, creating personas, and user flows.

  • Expertise in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite.

  • Proficient in wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and user-centered design.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Experience

  • 2 to 5 years Experience working in UI projects is important—ranging from web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, e-commerce platforms, and more.
