Job Description

  1. Preparation of attendance registers of students for CIR Life Skill Training.

  2. Preparation of session-wise time-table for life skill training on the basis of schedule, and allotment of class rooms for the purpose.

  3. Entry of attendance of students in the AUMS portal on a weekly basis.

  4. Inspection of on-duty forms submitted by students for entry of the status in the attendance register.

  5. Preparation of summary of attendance of students and intimation to those students who are facing shortage of attendance in life skill training classes of CIR.

  6. Distribution of books, prepared in-house on CIR life skill training, to students and maintenance of its records for submission to the Accounts department every year for collection of the cost from the CD of students.

  7. Assessment of requirement of life skill training books of Arasampalayam campus and intimate the same to the Chief Training Coordinator at Coimbatore Campus

  8. Coordination of activities of mock interview process including transport / accommodation facilities of external resource persons, collection and collation of assessments on students made out of the process.

  9. Entry and upkeep of internal assessment marks of the students at the end of each semester.

  10. Maintenance of L&D library – issue and return of books requested by trainers on training-related subjects.

  11. Assistance / support to CIR Centre Coordinator / Manager in documentation, retrieval and presentation of CIR documents for accreditation and statutory audit processes conducted by different internal and external agencies.
