Job Description | Key Responsibilities: Faculty and Student Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to faculty, staff, and students, assisting with issues related to educational software, learning management systems (LMS), and other digital tools used in our institution. |
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution | Diagnose and resolve software and connectivity issues, ensuring minimal disruption to classroom activities and administrative functions. |
User Training and Guidance | Offer training sessions and one-on-one assistance to help users navigate our educational tools, including setting up accounts, accessing resources, and utilizing advanced features. |
Documentation | Develop and maintain user guides, instructional videos, and FAQ resources to assist users in self-resolving common issues and understanding the full capabilities of our educational software. |
Collaboration with the Development Team | Work closely with the development team to manage software updates, implement new tools, and ensure that the technology infrastructure supports our educational mission. |
Feedback Loop | Collect and communicate user feedback to help improve the tools and services we provide. Collaborate with developers or external vendors as necessary to resolve complex issues. |
Proactive Support | Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify potential issues before they become critical, and take preemptive action to address them. |
Help Desk Management | Manage the help desk, track support tickets, and ensure timely resolution of all reported issues. |
