Job description

  • Your primary responsibility is to lay out the Architecture, Social Media Integration, Backend interface to Alumni Software in a WORDPRESS website with enhancements for crowdfunding and e-commerce / donations (with inputs from Director and staff), to help with engagement, not views.

  • You need to finalize a site map with the help of the staff, and then format and layout the written and graphic static content to 2 portals (Amrita & Alumni Software) which requires WordPress / HTML / CSS optional inputs.

  • You should test and improve the design of the existing website by actively looking at the top 100 global university alumni sites and suggest ideas that make Amrita Alumni’s website even better.

  • You should solve problems creatively and effectively & be actively seeking inputs and help to finish a website for Amrita University alumni.

  • You should solve problems creatively and effectively & be actively seeking inputs and help to finish a website for Amrita University alumni. Additionally, you will be the web architect for social media and other technology engagement including ecommerce and crowdfunding. Advanced social media integration is also needed.
