Job Description

  1. The Multimedia Lead will guide a team of designers, animators, and developers to create engaging eLearning materials.

  2. This role requires expertise in video production, graphic design, animation, and audio editing, focusing on quality and user engagement.

  3. The candidate should manage the content development lifecycle from concept to deployment. 
Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee multimedia production for eLearning projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

  2. Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and content writers. Develop schedules, resource plans, and track progress against goals.

  4. Innovation & Process Improvement: Stay updated on multimedia trends, implementing advancements into workflows. Introduce process improvements for production, tools, and collaboration. Lead R&D for emerging multimedia approaches like VR, AR, and gamification.
Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in eLearning.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and other tools.

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, learning theories, and accessibility in eLearning. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
