Job Description Job Responsibilities

  • Establish the needs of users and monitor user access and security

  • Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast responses to front- end users

  • Work closely with the IT team, database team etc

  • Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security

  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns

  • Create email databases for lead generation

  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements

  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

  • Selected projects in business analysis and data analysis to improve alumni engagement
