Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university.

  • Minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade in a point scale) in LL.M.

  • Ph. D. is mandatory
    Eligibility Tests

    • Qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) or State Eligibility Test (SET).

    • Ph.D. holders may be exempted from NET/SET (if applicable).

    Experience

    • Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience.

    • Alternatively, 8+ years of combined teaching and industry experience.

    Academic Requirements

    • A good academic record as per Bar Council of India (BCI) standards.

    • Must meet the minimum API (Academic Performance Indicator) score.

    • Compliance with PBAS (Performance-Based Appraisal System) requirements.

    Job Description

    • Possessing a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to developing and delivering high-quality content for assigned courses.

    • The required qualifications shall be as per UGC/BCI guidelines

    • Should demonstrate a readiness to assume responsibility and embrace challenging opportunities, leveraging their knowledge and skills to the fullest extent.


    Responsibilities

    • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars on assigned legal subjects, ensuring effective and engaging instruction.

    • Develop, update, and implement course content and syllabi to reflect current legal trends and standards.

    • Conduct scholarly research in various areas of law and contribute to academic publications.

    • Provide mentorship and academic counseling to students, guiding them through their academic and career development.

    • Supervise student projects, internships, and moot court activities, ensuring practical application of legal principles.

    • Design and conduct student assessments, providing constructive feedback on their progress and performance.

    • Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and contribute to the development of institutional policies and programs
