Job Responsibilities

  • Establish the needs of users and monitor user access and security

  • Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users

  • Work closely with the IT team, database team etc

  • Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security

  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns

  • Create email databases for lead generation

  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements

  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Requirements & Skills:

  • Practical knowledge of student engagement software/applications

  • Experience working as an email marketing specialist

  • Knowledge of marketing automation software

  • Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO/SEM

  • Knowledge of database and analysis tools

  • Powerful project management abilities

  • The person should reside preferably near our Amritapuri (Kollam), Cochin, Coimbatore or Bangalore campuses & be willing to come to the office once/twice a month minimum
