His areas of research include Social Work Education, Community Engagement and Education, Spirituality and Social Work and Indianisation of Social Work Practice . His teaching expertise is in Rural Development and Urban Development, Community Organisation and Social Action, Good governance, Project planning and management, Values and Ethics in Social Work Practice.
