Bio

Dr. S. Sweetha currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Chennai campus, India.

Dr. S. Sweetha completed her B.Sc. degree in Mathematics from PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore (2016), M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics, Bharathiar university, Coimbatore (2018). She also passed the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (SET) for Lectureship (2018). She received her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Department of Applied Mathematics, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore (2023). Her research focuses on systems and control theory, fractional-order dynamical systems.

She has over 5 years of experience in research. She was a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the INSPIRE Scheme by the Department of Science and Technology, India. She has published 8 research articles in highly reputed international journals.

She is honoured with Dr. K. Marimuthu Endowment Prize for securing first rank in M.Sc. She has also done summer internship in the Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras on Fractals, Dimensions, and Fractal functions (2017).
