Bio

Soorya Haridas currently serves as Faculty Associate in the Department of Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore Campus. She graduated with Post Graduation in Food Science & Technology from Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies and Under Graduation from the University of Calicut. She is pursuing her PhD from Amrita School of Physical Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore.

She completed her PG Dissertation from the Defence Food Research Laboratory (DFRL), Mysore. She has developed expertise in food preservation, post-harvest technology, and quality control. Soorya is also skilled in HACCP, food safety standards, and various analytical techniques in food science.
