Bio

Dr. Sneha Kandoth currently serves as a Assistant Professor at the School of Business, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru Campus. Holding a PhD in Business Management from Vellore Institute of Technology, VIT University (specialized in HRM & Technology Management) and MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Mangalore University, from is dedicated to bridging theory and practice. Her classroom approach, shaped by three years of teaching and corporate experience, fosters critical thinking and real-world application. She actively engages in academic discourse, presenting her research at national and international conferences and exploring topics such as Recruitment Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, and Social Media Marketing. As a faculty in the department of Business School, her diverse research interests encompass Behavioral Intention, Organizational Communication, Human Automation, and more.
