Bio

Dr. Saru Meena R. joined Amrita School of Engineering in the year 2024. She did her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology,Coimbatore followed by a Master’s degree in Embedded Systems from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham,Coimbatore. She completed her Doctoral dissertation in Medical Image Processing from SASTRA Deemed University, Thanjavur. Her research focused on development of image processing algorithms for automatic estimation of muscle architecture parameters.
Prior to joining Amrita, she served as Assistant Professor in SASTRA Deemed University, Thanjavur. Her research interests include Medical Image and Video Processing, Machine Learning and Signal Processing.
