Bio

Dr. Sandhya K. N. currently serves as Junior Research Fellow in the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Amrita School of Dentistry, Health Sciences Campus, Kochi.

She completed her BDS from Calicut University in 2012 and MDS in Oral Medicine and Radiology from Government Dental College, Trivandrum, with the first rank in 2017. She worked at Government Dental College, Thrissur, for one year in 2018 as Senior Resident. Then, Dr. Sandhya joined Amrita School of Dentistry as a Junior Research Fellow in the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology. She is currently doing a Ph. D. in Geriatric Dentistry. She is also supervising the undergraduate clinic. Her specific areas of interest are ultrasonography in dentistry, geriatric dentistry, etc. She has been actively involved in undergraduate education.
