Bio

Dr. Nimmi P. M. is Assistant Professor (HRM) at Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore, India. She has served in pharmaceutical industry for a while. She has earned her PhD in career and Organization Psychology from Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala, India. Her major research areas include Employability, Career Attitudes and Human-Computer Interaction. She has around twenty publications in various Scopus Journals in a span of four years and presented research papers in international and national conferences. She has collaborated with scholars of UK, USA, Italy and China and is very fluent with cross-national studies. She has engaged many faculty development programs and is very much interested in understanding and developing novel research methodologies. Her teaching interests include HR consulting and HR analytics and is keen to update on many developments and applications of analytics in Human Resources. She is keen to learn unlearn and upskill especially in areas related to data and analytics.
