Bio

Dr. Namitha K received her PhD degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri, India, in 2023. She received her M.Tech. degree in computer science and engineering and B.Tech. degree in information technology from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri, India in 2015 and 2008, respectively. From 2008 – 2013, she was a project leader at Amrita Technology Business Incubator, Kerala, India. She also served as a research associate at AMMACHI Labs, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri, India. Her research interests include machine learning, video analytics, and computer vision with application to visual surveillance.
