Bio

Dr. M. Sathish holds a Ph.D. and an MBA in Marketing from Anna University, Chennai, as well as an MPhil in Management from Periyar University, where he graduated as a rank holder. He earned his BBA from Madras University, achieving top honours in both his undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Additionally, he completed a Diploma in Computer Applications and an extensive three-month Faculty Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore. With 16 years of teaching experience at premier business schools such as SIBM, CVV, and PSGIM, and two years of industry experience. At SIBM, he served as PGP Chair for three programs over a span of four years. His international experience includes delivering sessions on Professional Sales at the University of Toledo, USA, through a faculty exchange program, and participating in case discussion sessions at Harvard Business School, Boston and the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He is distinguished as the first South Indian academician to complete the foundation and five elective courses of the Strategic Management Forum, India (SMFI), conducted by renowned institutions like IIMs and IITs. He has further enriched his expertise by attending FDPs, MDPs, and conferences at top-tier business schools, including IISc, IIMA, IIMB, IIMC, IIMI, IIMK, IITB, and IITM, where he also presented research papers. As the Co-champion of the ACBSP international accreditation, He played a pivotal role in making PSGIM the first business school in the country to receive this accolade. At PSGIM He is the Coordinator of the Active Learning Program Service (Outbound Training Centre) and has conducted over a thousand sessions on soft skills development.
