Prof. Kamal has over 25 years of experience in practically implementing AI in Healthcare and digital technologies in E-learning products and projects, worldwide. He holds 3 US patents and has over 55 Scopus-Indexed publications related to AI, Digital Technologies, Mobile Apps, AI, Image Recognition and Pedagogy.
Prof. Bijlani led the National A-VIEW Video Conferencing software project which was installed at 12,000 colleges with a funding of 40+ crores with the Ministry of Education, IIT Bombay and IIT Madras.
AI Leadership in US: Earlier, in the USA, he worked for 12 years as Technical AI Lead in AI-based startup company GenSym from MIT, and Teknowledge from Stanford.
