Bio

Dr. Jamini Ranjan Meher is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources, Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore. He holds a PhD from the Department of Business Administration, Sambalpur University and has made a significant impact in research and academia over the past six years. Before joining the Amrita School of Business, Dr. Meher served as an assistant professor at the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida and worked as an Academic Associate at IIM Indore, where he impressed the academic community with his profound insights and expertise.

Dr. Meher’s scholarly focus encompasses several cutting-edge areas, including Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning, Digital Transformation, HR Analytics, Organizational Agility, and Organizational Effectiveness. His intellectual contributions are evident in numerous notable publications featured in reputable platforms such as Scopus, Web of Science, and the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC).

A highlight of Dr. Meher’s research is a 2022 article that goes beyond traditional academic boundaries. This work not only contributes to scholarly discourse but also serves as a guiding template in the NPTEL lecture series, showcasing the transformative impact of his research.
