Faculty Bio

Gayathri N. P. currently serving as Assistant Professor (contractual) at Amrita School of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering since August 4, 2022. Prior to this, held the position of Assistant Professor at ACE College of Engineering, Trivandrum, Kerala for one and a half years, starting from May 2021. Before transitioning to academia, garnered valuable industrial experience as a Quality Control Engineer at POABS Ready-Mix, Trivandrum, Kerala, for one year. Also, served as a Faculty Mentor at CIVILIANZ, Trivandrum, Kerala.

She completed B. Tech in Civil Engineering from Kerala University in 2016, followed by M. Tech in Geotechnical Engineering from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University in 2019. Throughout the academic journey, have contributed to various conference papers and journals. Moreover, actively engage in mentoring students in their projects and activities, notably as part of the Amrita Energy Swaraj Environmental (amESE) Club.
