Dr. Gayathri S. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Haematology at School of Medicine Kochi. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas including paediatric haematological as well as possesses extensive experience in treating paediatric cancers, including both haemato- lymphoid malignancies and solid tumours. She is adept at managing a wide range of cases, from initial diagnosis to treatment and follow-up care, with a particular focus on challenging scenarios such as relapsed and refractory cases. Furthermore, Dr. Gayathri is experienced in performing autologous, allogeneic transplants, including haplo-identical transplants and CAR T Cell Therapy. She recognizes the critical role that transplantation can play in the treatment of certain paediatric haematological and oncological conditions, and she works closely with her patients and their families to ensure they receive the highest level of care throughout the transplant process.
