Bio

Dr. S. Udhaya Kumar currently serves as Associate Professor & Program Chair in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Chennai Campus.

He completed his Ph.D in the domain of Trusted Cloud Computing in 2017 at B.S.Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai and completed his Masters (M.E – Multimedia Technology (CSE)) at College of Engineering (CEG Main Campus), Anna University in 2003. He did his graduate (B.E Electronic and Communication Engineering) at R.M.K. Engineering College, University of Madras.

He has around 20 years of experience in teaching and research. His research interest includes, Secure Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Data Analytics.

He has been the Guest Faculty for Training the Staffs of Wipro Technologies and Verizon. Conducted workshops in various institutions in the domain of Cloud Computing, Cloud Security, DevOps and Cyber Forensics. He has published around 24 International Scopus Indexed research papers and more than 52 International Conference presentations across prestigious Universities of India. Has an h-index of 4, Reviewer for 4 Scopus indexed journals, and chaired 5 International conferences. He is presently the Member of the Board of Studies at Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College, Pondicherry
