Bio

Dr.L.Banupriya, a passionate professional with extensive expertise in clinical nutrition and food science. She hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai and a Doctorate in Food Science and Nutrition (Defence Research Development Organization, Ministry of Govt. funded Project) from Periyar University, Salem. 

Her journey in the field of nutrition began with a deep-seated curiosity about the intricate relationship between food and health. Throughout her academic and professional career, she have delved into advanced studies that have equipped her with comprehensive knowledge of human nutrition, food biochemistry, and dietary interventions. With a strong foundation in nutritional sciences, her research focuses on food processing and novel product development.  

Dr.L.Banupriya combines academic expertise with practical experience in the field of Food Science and Nutrition. She is committed to stay updated with the latest advancements in nutrition research and applying this knowledge to improve dietary practices and health outcomes and enthusiastic about contributing to the field of nutrition through research and education
