Bio

Dr. Abhishek Kumar is an Assistant Professor(Sr. Gd.) at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Delhi NCR. A dedicated and results-driven educator, he specializes in digital signal processing (DSP) and artificial intelligence and machine learning (AIML). With experience in signal processing and AIML, he has a proven track record in higher studies, certifications, and research. Dr. Kumar holds a Ph.D. and MTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad (IIITA). He has also completed a certification course in AIML, further enhancing his expertise in advanced digital signal/system analysis, with a focus on IoT applications powered by AIML algorithms. Currently, his research primarily focuses on modeling automatic speech recognition (ASR) systems. In addition, Dr. Kumar has served as a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Signal Processing Research Group, Department of Automation and Control Processes, at St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI,” Russia. He is currently advancing his research in collaboration with IIITA, IIT Roorkee, and St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University, Russia.
