Bio

Dr. Archana Nair is Assistant Professor (Sr. Gr) of Mathematics at Department of Mathematics, School of Physical Sciences, Amrita VishwaVidyapeetham, Kochi.

She has Masters Degree in Mathematics from IIT Madras and PhD from Utkal University. Her guide was Prof. U. C. Mohanty from IIT Bhubaneswar. She has developed extended range prediction system for agricultural management as her doctoral thesis. She has published in over 20 peer-reviewed national and international journals. She was a project scientist for several DST-sponsored initiatives. She is now supervising four research scholars who are engaged in various applied mathematics areas.
