The integration of IoT in healthcare is revolutionizing patient monitoring, diagnostics, and treatment through real-time data collection and analysis. IoT-enabled devices, such as smart wearables, remote patient monitoring systems, and AI-powered diagnostic tools, allow continuous health tracking, reducing the need for frequent hospital visits. These systems leverage cloud computing, edge AI, and wireless communication to provide seamless data exchange between patients, healthcare providers, and medical databases. By enabling predictive analytics and early disease detection, IoT-based healthcare solutions improve patient outcomes, optimize hospital resource management, and enhance personalized medicine. This interdisciplinary field offers opportunities in design and implementation of intelligent sensor networks, secure data transmission protocols, and energy-efficient embedded systems for medical applications.
