  • Original work only; confirmation emails will be sent upon submission. 
  • Acceptance notifications and presentation formats will be shared by January 20, 2025. 

Formatting Guidelines

  • Title and complete author affiliations. 
  • Word limit: 250-300 words (excluding title and references). 
  • Keywords: 3-5 relevant keywords. 
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12. 
  • Spacing: Single-spaced text. 
  • File Format: Word document (.doc or .docx). 

Last Date for Abstract Submission: January 15, 2025
