In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is pleased to invite scholars, researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to submit original research as a 4-page manuscript for the International Conference on Tsunami Risk Reduction & Resilience.

We invite original research manuscripts of above thematic areas.

Submission Guidelines

Call for Papers

After Submission:

  1. Accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full-length paper by January 15, 2025, and will be published in the Conference Proceedings in Geography and Sustainability Research (Springer). Abstract submission does not guarantee inclusion in the proceedings. Full papers will be peer-reviewed, and only those meeting Springer’s standards will be selected for publication.
  2. At least one author must register for the conference and present the abstract for inclusion in the proceedings.

  • Notification of acceptance: Within 2 days of abstract submission
  • Full paper submission: Jan 15th, 2025
