The IAM20 meditation technique conceived by Amma is a perfect blend of easy-to-perform yogic exercises and simple breathing & visualization techniques. It takes just 20 minutes to practice and has been scientifically proven to bring down the levels of stress hormones – adrenaline & cortisol in the blood, increase immunity along with a host of other benefits.
At the behest of our Chancellor, Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (Amma), certified meditation instructors from Amrita University have been offering the Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM20) Leaders workshops free of cost across the world since 2003.
Workshops offered for various institutions like the Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), Airports Authority of India (AAI), Senior officers of police, members of the Rotary etc. were very well received and appreciated by all the participants.
The duration of the workshop is 3. 30 hours.

We would like to offer it to the Principal /Correspondents/Chairpersons/CXOs/ Senior management/heads of departments where the stress is observed to be higher.
