Amrita School of Business (ASB), Coimbatore campus, organized Alumni Meet – Mumbai chapter at Vows Banquet Hall, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, on September 30, 2018. Dr. P. Balasubramanian, Professor, Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore, and Mrs. Saranya Damodaran, Manager – Alumni Relations, represented Amrita School of Business for the event. Prof. Dr. Deepak Gupta, Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore, and Prof. Dr. Shrikant G. Kulkarni, Professor, Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore, joined by video conference. A warm video note from all faculty members was also broadcasted during the event.

The event started with the quick introduction of the alumni present across various batches. Twenty-five+ Alumni came for the meet along with their families. The meet had 80% of the alumni from senior batches who are Vice Presidents, CEOs, Head of Vertical and Entrepreneurs. Dr. P. Balasubramanian gave the welcome address and shared memories of the respective batches. He also briefed about the changes in the curriculum and on the institute level. Followed by the welcome address, Mrs. Saranya Damodaran gave a presentation with updates from the ASB front and briefed about the alumni activities that happened in the last year and shared the future alumni activities. She also shared the updated University level ranking and also briefed about research works happening at ASB.
