Aarohan Events
Tech Arena
In the first round, each team will be provided with a set of programming problems, logic puzzles, and fundamental computer science questions. Teams are required to solve these problems step-by-step within a limited time frame. This round will test participants’ coding skills, analytical thinking, and understanding of basic concepts. The team that solves the maximum number of challenges accurately in the shortest time will advance to the next round.
Hackfinity
The second round will be an exciting hackathon-style challenge where participants can showcase their problem-solving and programming skills. Each team will be given three programming tasks inspired by real-world scenarios, such as automating simple tasks, solving logic-based problems, or building small utilities. Teams will need to implement effective solutions within the given time limit.

Inventopreneur
In this round, teams will select a domain (e.g., health, education, or transportation) and create a product concept using the provided resources. They will submit a report detailing the product, its impact, estimated budget, and projected profits. The evaluation will focus on innovation, clarity, feasibility, target audience identification, and creativity. This is a written round, and teams will be shortlisted based on their scores.
Shark Tank
Teams will present their product to a panel of “investors” and engage in a debate with teams from similar domains. The goal is to persuade the investors of the product’s value and negotiate terms for investment. Evaluation will be based on the persuasiveness of the pitch, teamwork, and the innovation and feasibility of the product presented.
Crisis Management
In this round, CEOs and Marketing Heads will face a crisis scenario related to their product during a press conference. Teams will be evaluated on their ability to think quickly, offer practical solutions, and manage the crisis effectively. The focus will be on quick thinking, problem-solving, and practical crisis management strategies.

Olympiad
In this round, the participating teams will be given a set of questions that cover a wide range of topics in both mathematics and science, with varying levels of difficulty. Participants will have a limited amount of time to answer and mark their responses. The winners will be determined based on who answers the most questions correctly in each subject (Maths and Science).
Open-for-Audience Quizzing Round
While the evaluation is in progress, an Open-for-Audience Quizzing Round will be conducted. This is a fun and engaging quiz where all audience members can participate. The quiz will test participants’ general knowledge in both math’s and science, offering exciting prizes for those who answer correctly.

Round Details
Teams will be provided with a kit containing all the essential components needed to complete the task. A total of four teams will compete at once, racing against each other to complete the task in the shortest time.
The objective of the challenge is for each team to successfully establish a radio frequency connection with the audio-out module, following a detailed connection diagram provided in the kit. Teams must carefully and accurately set up the components to ensure the radio frequency connection is correctly established. The team that does this in the least amount of time, without compromising accuracy, will be declared the winner.

Theory and Python Basics
Participants will gain a foundational understanding of data and its role in Machine Learning. The round includes a theoretical session covering topics like data collection, pre-processing, and types of data, along with an introduction to data visualization tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn. This is followed by a hands-on Python workshop to help participants familiarize themselves with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib. The round concludes with a quiz to evaluate participants’ understanding of the concepts, with the top 75% advancing to Round 2.
Hands-on Data Preparation Task
Challenges the participants to apply their knowledge in a real-world dataset. Teams of 2-3 will work together to pre-process and analyze the data, creating visualizations and applying problem-solving techniques. A more advanced quiz will test their understanding of the dataset task. Evaluation criteria include creativity, accuracy, and the quality of insights derived from the data, as well as quiz performance. The top 3 teams with the highest cumulative scores will be declared winners.
