The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore campus, has organized IETE Sponsored “Workshop on Scala and Spark” at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore from March 16-17, 2018.
The workshop was intended for understanding and solving the Big Data Computational Challenges using Scala and Spark. This workshop was mainly organized for M. Tech. first year CSE students and CSE faculty members who are working in Distributed Computing area and in the field of Big Data Challenges. The resource person was Vijay Krishnan Menon from CEN department, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. This technical program covered the following things as listed below:-
