PRAKALP 2025 Science Expo is an annual celebration of innovation, scientific exploration, and collaboration in the form of Project Exhibitions, Competitions and Fun activities. Following the success of the last two editions, we are thrilled to bring you an even more enriching and engaging experience on National Science Day, Our goal is to engage the entire nation, fostering a rich tapestry of innovation and creativity. While we warmly welcome participants from every corner of India, we hold a special enthusiasm for the diverse talents that contribute to the event’s vibrant atmosphere. PRAKALP 2025 is a celebration of innovation, inviting students from all regions to showcase their creative projects. The event seeks to inspire the spirit of scientific curiosity, unleash boundless creativity, and cultivate a collaborative environment where ideas flourish, and knowledge is shared. Eligibility
  • The event is open to students for both U.G and P.G across various universities/colleges.
  • The letter of consent from the Head of the Department should be provided during the submission.
Team Composition
  • Each project team is limited to a maximum of five members.
  • There should be only one registration from one team.
  • Each participant should register in 1 team only.
Registration
  • Registration is free of cost in all the stages of the competition
Project Evaluation
  • Evaluation criteria for the online submission (Stage 1) include innovation, technical merit, social relevance, and overall project quality.
  • Shortlisted teams must be prepared for in-person presentations, the offline evaluation is based on the presentation skills and demonstrations of the proposed model.
  • Physical evaluation of prototypes or simulations, assessing Project quality & technical                  implementation, social relevance, real-world impact, innovation.
Submission Guidelines
  • All project submissions must be made online according to the provided guidelines. 
  • Submissions should include a project title and the corresponding file as mentioned.
Code of Conduct
  • Participants are expected to maintain a high standard of professional and ethical behavior     throughout the event. 
  • Duplicity in the project submissions or any form of academic dishonesty will result in     disqualification. 
  • Respect for the venue and its facilities is crucial; any damage caused will be the responsibility of     the individual/team.
  • The judges decision are final.
Event Logistics
  • Participants must comply with the schedule and logistical arrangements communicated by the organizing committee. 
  • The teams must arrange their own transport.
Disqualification
  • Any breach of rules, unethical conduct, or violation of the event’s guidelines may result in   disqualification. By registering in this competition, I acknowledge and agree that my registration   details like name, email & phone number will be shared with the competition organizers.
