1. The entire event will be conducted online.
2. Only one member from a team needs to register for the team events.
3. The college ID card or the authorization letter from the college authority (in case ID cards are not issued) for each participant should be submitted in the required format.
4. Registrations should be done within the mentioned deadlines. There will be no ON-SPOT registrations.
5. All the members of a team should be from the same college.
6. Both PG and UG students are eligible to participate in the events.
7. There is no limit on the number of teams that can participate for a specific event from a college.
8. Participants must strictly adhere to the general rules of the host college. Every event has its own set of rules. The participants must abide by them throughout the event.
9. Modifications with respect to teams will not be accepted after registration.
10. Participants should have webcam and mic enabled laptops for the events and must also ensure stable network connectivity.
11. Participants should ensure that they have basic softwares like Web browser, Zoom, Google meet, installed and ready to use.
12. All participants should strictly adhere to the event timelines and are expected to be present 10 mins before the commencement of rounds /sessions.
13. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. If detected, the entire team will be disqualified.
14. All file submissions like documents, pictures, videos, ppt should be done in the prescribed format itself.
15. Communication may happen through WhatsApp group Therefore it is recommended for all the participants to have a WhatsApp account.
16. Communication regarding the rounds will be done through registered mobile numbers and mail ids
17. Usage of offensive language or any kind of vulgarity is strictly prohibited. Any such instance would lead to disqualification.
18. In case of any unexpected glitches during the time of the event, one extra chance would be given.
19. Malpractices ofany sort will not be entertained.
20. Privacy of the links provided during the event should be respected. These should not be shared unless instructed.
21. Organizers will have the complete right over the contents shared with the participants during the event.
22. Participants may have to show ID card/ authorization letter in case of any suspicious movements.
23. In case of any technical glitches or errors during the time of the event, all possible support would be extended from our end.
24. The decision of the judges and event coordinators will be final and binding in all events.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel any of the events if there are not enough participants. In such cases, the registration fee will be reimbursed.
