As instructed by the UGC, the University level Equal Opportunity Cell is constituted as per nomination by the Vice Chancellor, with immediate effect. The Chairperson and members of the Cell are as shown below:

Functions:

  • To ensure the effective and transparent redressal of grievances of the disadvantaged groups, including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) Women, Minorities and Differently Abled Persons.

Term: 1 Year from the date of issue of order and shall continue to be in office till re-construction. The Chairperson is empowered to induct more members in the cell, if needed
